The Dangers of War

Posted: March 14, 2012 in Uncategorized

After seeing the presentation on World War I, it left me with an even worse feeling about war than I did before. Over 9,000,000 people died in that war, and a lot more were wounded. This war actually changed the way people battle now. Before they would only fight in the battlefields, but now, war could break out anywhere.

I expect the story “All Quiet On the Western Front” to be interesting since it’s from a soldier’s perspective. I will get to see exactly what goes through someone’s head when he is on the battlefield and his life could end at any moment. Also, we get to see the fighter’s mentality, where it’s kill or be killed.
